No. 22 – BUL - 006 Re: NEW Policy Development Flight Paramedic Accreditation – Policy 254.10

With the recent revision of the EMS Agency’s policy regarding ‘Paramedic Accreditation and Renewal’ (254.00), it opened the discussion and need for a separate policy that addresses Flight Paramedic Accreditation, for those that operate in our county with an Air Provider.
Flight Paramedic Accreditation- Policy 254.10 will be posted to our website in draft format for public review/comment. Stanislaus County EMS Agency is waving the 5 ALS contact requirements for any Paramedic applying for Flight Accreditation with an authorized EMS flight program operating within Stanislaus County EMS Agency’s jurisdiction.
